2 ways to use: hot & cool

Heating: Take out the silicone bag and put only the silicone bag in the microwave for 30 seconds. Please do not put the outer packaging of the silicone bag, sachet, and mint bag into the microwave oven for heating. After heating, put the silicone bag on and use it. Note ⚠️: Pay attention to cleaning the microwave oven before heating. Do not use a microwave oven with a power of more than 600W for heating. Do not leave the side of the microwave oven during heating. Freezing: Take out the silicone bag from the outer packaging, put the silicone bag in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. To prevent frostbite, be careful not to keep touching the same part of your body, and remember to change positions every so often. Please do not put the outer packaging of silicone bags, sachets, and mint bags in the refrigerator. After freezing, put the silicone bag on it and it is ready to use. Precautions for use: The duration of cold/warm time is about 10-15 minutes. How to wash the outer packaging of the silicone bag: After taking out the silicone bag from the outer packaging, wash the outer packaging of the silicone bag by hand
