1. REWARDS PROGRAM
On LAMOUR® online shop, customers get 1 point for every CAD$1 they spend. Customers will get more points in points-related promotions. (Please stay tuned for future campaigns)

2. WHAT TO DO WITH POINTS
On LAMOUR® online shop, every 50 points could be redeemed as CAD$1 for online shopping. (Please be advised that points received from online shopping cannot be redeemed and used in Offline stores.)

3. HOW TO EARN POINTS

· There are multiple ways for customers to earn points:

(1) By shopping on LAMOUR® online shop, customers can get points on the actual paid amount of their purchases.
(2) Customers can get 250 points reward (equivalent to CAD$5) by celebrating their birthday. Please be advised that customer must enter their birthday at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded.

· Please find the 'Earn Points Now' floating tab on the homepage, and choose 'WAYS TO EARN' to follow the instructions to earn points.

4. HOW TO REDEEM POINTS

· Please follow the instruction below to redeem points. (Every 50 points could be redeemed as CAD$1 for online shopping.)

(1) Find the 'Earn Points Now' floating tab on the homepage, and choose 'WAYS TO REDEEM'
(2) Click on 'REDEEM' and choose the number of points you would like to redeem (the number must be in multiples of 50), then confirm.
(3) Then a coupon of your redeemed point value will be automatically added to your account.
(4) Copy the coupon code when checking out; the respective amount will be deducted from your purchase.
