A vegan toner formulated with Jeju Houttuynia Cordata, helps moisturizes your skin.

1. Apply directly on skin or dispense on cotton pads and gently wipe on face from inner to outer along skin texture.

2. Dispense a moderate amount on cotton pads and place on the area that need extra calming care for 5-10 minutes.

3. Remove the pads and gently dab the remaining essence on face to aid absorption.
