1. Shake well before open.
2. Make sure the water-based and emollient layers are well mixed, apply generously onto a cotton.
3. Place moistened cotton on eyelid or lips for about 10 seconds.
4. Wipe gently, without rubbing and tugging as product blends well with eye makeup; there is no need for rubbing hard.
